Booking & Payment Policy
To secure your place on the program, a 20% deposit of 485 € per person is required at the time of booking. Payment is made by bank transfer. Payments can be made in one or multiple installments at your convenience, provided the full remaining balance of 1,940 € per person is settled no later than May 3rd, 2026. Your booking will be fully confirmed once the total amount has been received.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If cancellation occurs very close to the departure date due to exceptional circumstances, we will always do our best to recover and reimburse any possible amount (up to 50%), depending on supplier conditions.
Cancellations & Changes
You can cancel your travel arrangements or any service booked with us at anytime. However it should not be cancelled by anyone else in your party unless we have express written permission from you to do so. Cancellation charges may be applied as mentioned above.
It is unlikely that we will have to make changes in your travel arrangements since we plan it with several weeks in advance. Occasionally we might have to do minor changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. However we will communicate it as soon as possible.

The itinerary may be adjusted for operational, technical, weather or safety reasons. Any changes will always respect the quality and spirit of the experience and will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

Please remember: This travel experience is only suitable for individuals that know how to swim and are not afraid of being in an aquatic environment.
