Women’s Outdoor Climbing Trip in Ouray, Colorado

Step out of the gym and into the mountains on a women-only climbing adventure designed for climbers who are new to the outdoors.

Set in the breathtaking San Juan Mountain Range of Ouray, Colorado, this guided group trip is created for women who are ready to experience real rock in a supportive, empowering, and beginner-friendly environment. You’ll climb alongside world-famous female rock climbers and certified guides who will help you build confidence, learn outdoor climbing skills, and experience the magic of moving through the mountains with an incredible group of women.

This trip is not about being the strongest climber in the group. It’s about saying yes to something bold, stepping into a new version of yourself, and discovering what your body, mind, and spirit are capable of in one of the most beautiful alpine regions in the country.

Trip Experience

On day one, we’ll head into the San Juan Mountains for a professionally guided outdoor rock climbing experience with world-class female climbers and certified guides. This day is designed specifically for climbers who are comfortable climbing indoors but are newer to climbing outside, or for adventurous beginners who want to learn in a safe and encouraging environment.

Day two is our R&R mountain day. We’ll slow the pace with local hiking to alpine lakes, soak in nearby hot springs, and give our bodies time to recover while taking in the beauty of Ouray’s rugged peaks, waterfalls, and alpine scenery.

On day three, we’ll head out for an exhilarating via ferrata experience, where you’ll traverse iron rungs, bridges, and cliffside routes with certified guides leading the way. It’s adventurous, empowering, and unforgettable.

Throughout the entire trip, you’ll be supported by experienced certified guides, surrounded by other adventurous women, and immersed in the wild beauty of Colorado’s San Juan Mountains.
