WHICH SAILINGS QUALIFY FOR AIRPLUS? Europe AirPlus applies to sailings through Europe that fall within one of these two categories:

• Sailings departing between 330 and 90 days from the current date, which qualies for a retail promotion qualifier at the time of reservation.
• All sailings departing more than 330 days from the current date.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF AIRPLUS? AirPlus includes round-trip air in the class of service you have selected. This offer also includes scheduled transfers from your arrival airport to your ship, hotel or land package destination and to your departure airport at the end of your itinerary. Transfers are not included if deviating from the published itinerary. Certain long-distance transfers are not included.

WHAT DO I NEED TO SUBMIT TO RECEIVE AN AIR SCHEDULE? HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT? To receive an air schedule, you must submit passport information for each traveler and place a non-refundable deposit of $350 per person for Economy and Premium air or $600 per person for Business Class air.

WHEN WILL MY SCHEDULE BE CONFIRMED AND TICKETED? Air schedules are provided by our AmaAir team within 330 days of the scheduled return flight date but no later than 30 days before the travel start date. Once you receive your air schedule, you have 24 hours to either accept or refuse the schedule. If you refuse, your deposit can be applied to your cruise reservation if final payment has not been made, or to a Custom Air schedule. If you do not notify the AmaAir Team that you are refusing the schedule, it will be ticketed, confirmed, and subject to published AmaWaterways cancellation penalties.

IF I HAVE RESERVED A LAND PACKAGE WITH AMAWATERWAYS, DO I QUALIFY FOR AIRPLUS? Yes. Eligible itineraries that include published AmaWaterways’ Land Packages are eligible for AirPlus rates and transfers to/from the hotels will be included.

IF I PLAN TO ADD EXTRA NIGHTS IN A DESTINATION BEFORE AND/OR AFTER MY CRUISE WITH AMAWATERWAYS, DO I QUALIFY FOR AIRPLUS? Yes. Itineraries that include extra nights in a destination reserved through AmaWaterways are eligible for AirPlus rates. Extra nights must be reserved prior to placing deposit for AirPlus. Transfers are not included if deviating from the published itinerary.

IF I PLAN TO ADD EXTRA NIGHTS IN A DESTINATION BEFORE AND/OR AFTER MY CRUISE THAT I WILL RESERVE INDEPENDENTLY, DO I QUALIFY FOR AIRPLUS? Extra nights in a destination reserved independently are considered a deviation but may still qualify if your independent plans are confirmed at the time of placing deposit for AirPlus. Not all deviations can be accommodated. Transfers are not included if deviating from the published itinerary.

CAN I BE GUARANTEED A FLIGHT ON MY PREFERRED AIRLINE OR A PREFERRED TRAVEL SCHEDULE? No, your preferred airline, flight routing, or travel dates cannot be guaranteed with the AirPlus promotion. If you have strong preferences regarding your air schedule, we recommend booking Custom Air through our AmaAir Team.

IF I AM CRUISING AS PART OF A GROUP, WILL OUR GROUP BE GUARANTEED FLIGHTS TOGETHER WITH AIRPLUS? Your group cannot be guaranteed flights together if your flights are reserved with the AirPlus promotion. If you have strong preferences regarding your group’s air schedule, we recommend booking Custom Air through our AmaAir Team.

ARE ALL US AND CANADIAN AIRPORTS ELIGIBLE FOR AIRPLUS? Most US and Canadian airports are eligible. Some small regional airports may not be eligible due to extremely limited airlift and scheduling options.
