Now & Zen Collective brings you a nourishing women's only retreat at the stunning Bloom Holistic Retreat Center, near Kingston, ON. This weekend of wellness will provide you with delicious and nourishing vegetarian meals made by the in house Bloom chef, rejuvenating and invigorating movement practices, grounding time in nature, plenty of time to rest, connect, and most importantly - fun, because wellness doesn't have to be so serious!

Arrival - 4pm

Arrive anytime after 4pm. You'll be welcomed into the beautiful Bloom Holistic Retreat Center and shown to your room. After you settle in you are welcome to explore all that the stunning venue has to offer before we meet for dinner at 6pm.

Breathwork Journey

Suse Silva will guide us in a transformative breathwork experience. Combining somatic movement, breathwork, sound and more, we will step into our weekend in the most beautiful way.

Day 2 · Sat, Sep 19

Early Risers - Swim/Hike

Enjoy a morning dip in the lake or a sunrise hike or walk on the expansive property to start your day with nourishing movement in nature.

Mindful Pilates
