To travel with Cosmos, guests are required to acknowledge their reservation and provide key information.
Guest acknowledgement & on-trip contact
Visit `https://reservation.globusfamily.com` to access your trip with your reservation number and:
Verify your name on the reservation matches exactly the government-issued ID you will use for travel.
Provide any additional email addresses where you would like to receive communications and information regarding your reservation.
Review and accept the Travel Terms & Conditions.
Provide an on trip contact. This information is used only to contact you in the event of an emergency and is disposed of after the trip.
You are also required to provide full passport details and emergency contact information (someone not traveling with you) prior to departure. You may provide this information via your Travel Consultant or by creating an account at MyCosmos (`https://my.cosmos.com`), which also allows you to view your itinerary and purchase optional excursions.
Important advisements
As of September 26, 2026, the following advisements apply:
Look over your vacation details—including the dated itinerary and other details—to ensure everything needed for your vacation is covered.
Additional advisements may be sent to you.
Confirmation of hotels will be available approximately 30 days prior to departure. In the event of additional departures on the same date or other events that result in the unavailability of hotels listed in the tour descriptions, substituted accommodations will be equivalent in standard.
Please advise if any guests traveling are members of church clergy (priest, pastor, reverend, deacon, etc.).
Full passport details are required no later than final payment for all guests traveling internationally.
Pre-Travel, On Tour, and General Travel tips for this tour are located online at: `http://www.globusfaith.com/tour/camino-de-santiago-information/`.
TSA security wait times
Long delays for getting through TSA security can be common at most major U.S. airports. It is recommended that passengers arrive for flights 2–3 hours prior to departure to allow enough time to clear security.
Terms & Conditions and travel protection
Full Terms & Conditions for this travel package are available online at `https://www.cosmos.com/terms`. They include details of what you can count on from Cosmos, your rights and obligations, and revision fees and cancellation penalties.
Receipt of the non-refundable deposit or payment of the vacation is confirmation that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Travel Protection and baggage insurance are highly recommended. Foreign doctors and hospitals often require payment in cash prior to providing services, and medical evacuation can be exceedingly expensive.
Visa and passport reminder
When traveling outside your home country, a valid passport is required. Some countries also require a visa.
Cosmos offers the expertise of iVisa for fast and easy ways to obtain visas, passports, and other documents required for travel. You can check visa requirements and order services at the iVisa website and receive a discount using the Cosmos partner link.
Passports should be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip, with a minimum of three (3) blank pages for stamps and/or visas.
Many countries require you to carry your passport with you at all times.
Responsibility for meeting all entry/exit requirements (passport validity, blank pages, visas, etc.) rests with you. Check your government’s foreign affairs/travel advice website or local consulate/embassy for the most current requirements.
The Globus family of brands is not responsible if you are denied entry due to entry/exit requirements not being met.
When traveling to the EU, allow enough time to complete the EES entry requirements (European entry/exit border system), especially if this is your first trip to the EU since the introduction of this registration system. More information is available at:
