Friday, October 24 – Arrival + Opening Circle

  • Arrivals and check-in begin at 5:00 PM
  • Light refreshments + welcome
  • Opening Circle: gentle introductions, grounding meditation, and intention setting
  • Cozy dinner together
  • Evening connection activity around the fire

Saturday, October 25 – Rest, Reflect, & Reconnect

  • Morning Meditation
  • Nourishing breakfast
  • Forest Bathing
  • Sound Healing
  • Soulful workshop and group discussion
  • Free time for journaling, nature walks, creative expression, quiet rest, or fun around the property
  • Afternoon circle focused on grief, healing, and resilience
  • Dinner + celebration of shared stories

Sunday, October 26 – Reentry with Intention

  • Slow morning with coffee/tea and breakfast
  • Closing Circle: reflection, integration, and next steps
  • Light lunch
