CLIENT SERVICES AGREEMENT: Dream Shaper Journeys

INTRODUCTION

This Client Services Agreement ("Agreement") establishes the terms and conditions under which Dream Shaper Journeys, operated by Carrie Johnson ("Advisor"), provides travel planning and booking services to you, the client ("Client"). By accepting an itinerary, quotation, or booking confirmation from the Advisor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. QUOTATION AND PRICING TERMS

All quotations provided by the Advisor are estimates only and do not constitute a binding offer or reservation. Quotations are valid for a period of seven (3) days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified in writing.

All quoted prices are subject to change without notice due to factors including, but not limited to:

• Supplier price adjustments
• Currency fluctuations
• Availability changes
• Tax and fee modifications
• Fuel surcharges
• Third-party vendor rate changes

The Advisor reserves the right to update pricing at any time before Client confirmation and payment.

No travel space, accommodations, or services are held or reserved until the Client has:

• Received written confirmation from the Advisor
• Provided a signed acceptance of the itinerary and terms
• Submitted full payment or deposit as specified by the Advisor

Failure to complete these requirements within the timeframe specified by the Advisor may result in the release of quoted inventory.

Final pricing will be confirmed only upon the client's acceptance of the itinerary and submission of all required deposits or payments. The Client is responsible for reviewing all final charges before authorizing payment.

2. PASSPORT AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS

The Client's passport must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of return from international travel. Many countries enforce this requirement and will deny entry to travelers whose passports expire sooner.

This resource provides country-specific entry requirements, passport validity rules, visa information, and regularly updated travel advisories.

The Advisor will provide general guidance regarding documentation requirements based on publicly available information. However, the Advisor does not provide legal advice regarding immigration or visa matters. The Client is solely responsible for verifying all requirements with official government sources.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY FOR DOCUMENTATION AND NAME ACCURACY

The Client is solely and entirely responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining all required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, travel permits, and any other documentation required by the destination country or transportation provider
• Ensuring that all names on travel documents exactly match the names provided to the Advisor for bookings
• Acquiring any letters of consent, minor travel authorization forms, or other required documentation
• Understanding and complying with all entry requirements, health regulations, and customs rules for all destinations

The Client must provide their legal name exactly as it appears on their passport and travel documents. Any discrepancies between the name provided to the Advisor and the name on official documents may result in denial of boarding or entry and may trigger significant change fees.

If the Client requests to change a name on any booking after confirmation and payment, the Client understands that:

• Change fees will be assessed by the supplier(s)
• These fees may be substantial and are non-refundable
• The Client is responsible for all costs associated with name corrections
• The Advisor will assist in processing the change, but cannot waive supplier fees

The Advisor will assist the Client in identifying documentation requirements and will provide recommendations based on current travel guidelines. However, the Advisor's assistance does not relieve the Client of their responsibility to independently verify all requirements and obtain all necessary documents well in advance of travel.

The Client must plan to obtain all required documents with sufficient advance notice. The Advisor recommends initiating passport applications and visa processes at least three (3) months before travel. Delays in document acquisition are the Client's responsibility.

4. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Dream Shaper Journeys, operated by Carrie Johnson, provides the following services:

• Initial travel needs assessment and destination consultation
• Personalized itinerary development based on Client preferences
• Destination research and recommendations

• Investigation of accommodations, transportation, activities, and dining options
• Compilation of destination information and travel guides
• Recommendations based on Client budget, interests, and travel style

• Development of detailed travel quotations
• Comparison of pricing options from multiple suppliers
• Explanation of inclusions, exclusions, and terms

• Creation of comprehensive, day-by-day travel itineraries
• Coordination of all travel components (flights, accommodations, activities, transfers)
• Customization based on Client feedback

• Submission of bookings to suppliers, airlines, hotels, and tour operators
• Negotiation of rates and terms on the Client's behalf
• Confirmation and documentation of all reservations

• Recommendation of travel insurance products
• Assistance in understanding coverage options
• Processing of travel insurance applications (if applicable)

• Management of booking confirmations and documentation
• Coordination of changes and modifications
• Invoice preparation and payment processing

• Pre-departure communication and final confirmations
• Emergency contact availability during travel
• Post-travel follow-up and support

The Advisor does not provide legal, immigration, medical, or financial advice. The Advisor acts as an intermediary between the Client and travel suppliers and is not responsible for supplier performance, service quality, safety, or any losses arising from supplier actions or omissions.

5. ACCEPTANCE AND BINDING AGREEMENT

By accepting an itinerary, quotation, or booking confirmation from the Advisor in any form (written, email, verbal acknowledgment, or electronic signature), the Client acknowledges and agrees that:

• They have read and understand all terms in this Agreement
• They accept all terms and conditions outlined herein
• They authorize the Advisor to proceed with travel planning and booking services
• They retain Carrie Johnson and Dream Shaper Journeys as their travel advisor for the specified travel dates and destinations

This Agreement, together with any written itinerary, quotation, or booking confirmation, constitutes a binding contract between the Client and Dream Shaper Journeys. The Client's acceptance creates a legally binding relationship and obligates both parties to fulfill their respective responsibilities.

The Client represents that they have the authority to accept this Agreement on behalf of all travelers listed on the booking, including any minors or dependent family members.

This Agreement, along with any written itinerary and booking confirmations, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements.

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS

All communication regarding bookings, changes, and travel details should be directed to the Advisor in writing via email to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

The Client is responsible for understanding and accepting the cancellation and refund policies of all travel suppliers. These policies are provided at the time of quotation and booking. Refunds are subject to supplier policies and are not controlled by the Advisor.

The Advisor acts as an intermediary and booking agent for the Client. The Advisor is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dissatisfaction arising from the actions, omissions, or performance of travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and activity providers.

The Advisor reserves the right to modify these terms with written notice. Continued use of the Advisor's services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND SIGNATURE

By accepting this itinerary you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions and are attaining the services of Carrie Johnson, Travel Advisor, Dream Shaper Journeys associated with WorldVia Travel Network.
