The group meets at the hotel lobby at 10:50 a.m. We will depart by coach bus with luggage to the marina drop point at Avenida Maipú 1210 (about 500 meters from the pier). Luggage must be delivered to the ship by 11:30 a.m. Due to local regulations passengers may not carry their own luggage onto the vessel.
Two Oceanwide Expeditions banners will be placed in front of the building, and assistance will be available. Please plan to carry a day bag for items you might need before embarkation and leave the rest of your luggage to be loaded on the ship by staff. Once ship staff collects everyone's luggage, the group will be transferred to the nearby restaurant, El Almacen, for lunch. Lunch is covered by the ORC!
After lunch, you will have free time to explore town independently until it is time to board the ship. You will make your own way from the restaurant to the ship at your convenience.

Please make your own way to the Ushuaia Pier (see attached PDF and google maps link). Embarkation is between 16:00 and 17:00. You'll be greeted by the expedition crew and escorted to your cabin to settle in and get oriented before disembarkation. The ship sails at 6 p.m. and does not wait for missing passengers or luggage.
