Margaritaville at Sea sails from the main terminal at the Port of Palm Beach.

The Port of Palm Beach opens at 9:30am on embarkation days. Terminal doors close promptly at 3:00pm. You will not be permitted to enter the Terminal or embark your sailing after 3:00pm.  Passengers that arrive after 3:00pm will be denied boarding and will constitute a "no show," subject to the penalties and fees outlined in our Cancellation Policy. 

There are several local attractions within walking distance that you can visit to enjoy Riviera Beach before you arrive:

• Rafiki Tiki Restaurant (5 min walk)
• Peanut Island Shuttle Boat (5 min walk)

As of January 1, 2025, the Port of Palm Beach offers secure self parking at a cost of $19 per day for vehicles, including day of arrival and day of departure. *5/13/2025 Update* Please note, Valet Parking at the Port of Palm Beach has been temporarily suspended due to construction improvements.

• Port of Palm Beach accepts major credit cards for payment; please note that cash will not be accepted.

To ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and to comfortably manage the flow of guests throughout the check-in process, Margaritaville at Sea guests departing from the Port of Palm Beach are assigned a specific arrival window based on your stateroom location. Guests with pre-booked Express Passes, pre-purchased Signature Packages containing Priority Boarding and guests staying in Suites are assigned the earliest arrival windows and should enter through the designated check-in lanes.

Your assigned arrival window will be sent to the Primary Guest's email on the reservation approximately 21 days prior to sailing, along with your boarding pass. Please print a copy of this boarding pass and bring it with your sailing party when you arrive at the Port of Palm Beach. There will be a member of our terminal operations agency to confirm your arrival window and check your boarding pass as you arrive. As of April 18, 2025, guests without a boarding pass or who arrive before their assigned boarding time will be required to enter through the Standby Check-In Lane and may experience delays in check-in and embarkation. To board the Margaritaville at Sea Paradise from the Port of Palm Beach, please have the following available for all members of your sailing party.

1. Current, valid and approved travel documents for each person in your sailing party (please see our Travel Requirements page for detailed information on what documentation is required to sail aboard Margaritaville at Sea vessels).
2. Boarding Pass (one per stateroom).
3. A valid credit card for onboard charges.
4. Your flips flops, shakers of salt, and your license to chill!
