Your travel advisor has built a personalized proposal just for you using Tern! Here's how to explore your itinerary and move forward confidently:
To view full details, authorize payments, or select preferences, you'll need to create a secure Tern Traveler account. Just enter your name and email, and we'll send a login code straight to your inbox — no passwords to remember.
Once logged in, you can:
Browse your full itinerary, including day-by-day activities, lodging, and transportation.
View available options (like room types or excursions) and make your selections.
Review total pricing and what's included.
Ready to move forward? You can:
Approve the itinerary (in the top right corner under the agent virtual business card)
Select your preferences (like room types or optional activities)
Once you make your room selection, I will adjust the deposit amount. It has the largest amount required, but I will adjust it if you choose a lesser room.
Once you make your insurance choice (which is highly recommended), you are ready to authorize.
Want to tweak something? Just leave a note for your advisor or reply to their message. Tern makes it easy to collaborate on the perfect trip.
Once all of your selections are made, authorize your payment securely through Tern.
