In the event of a cancellation, the cost of the insurance (see amounts listed below per person) is non-refundable. All remaining eligible funds will be issued as a future travel credit. Travel credits are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance, are issued in the name of the guest listed on the booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Due to group contractual obligations, I agree with all Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy of Keep It Moving Travels explained by the travel consultant at the time of purchase. I have been advised to purchase a Travel Insurance Protection Package to protect my trip in the event something should happen. All payments made through Keep It Moving Travels are non-refundable and non-transferable (unless otherwise stated) due to contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow me to obtain any refunds. By doing so, this will also Keep It Moving Travels to keep package prices competitive, while allowing individuals to make monthly (or bi-weekly) payments on your vacation.
