You are receiving this e-mail because you have a Vatican Group + Basilica booked with us which is departing soon. This service will provide you fast easy access to the Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel with access to St. Peter's Basilica with a guided tour of 2.5-3 hours.
We are the EcoArt team that will meet you at the date and time indicated on your booking voucher, introduce you to your Tour Guide, and personally bring you inside the Museums, skipping the line. There is no need to collect your ticket or visit our redemption point before this time. Our meeting area is busy, and several other companies meet in the same location. We will be waiting for you on the stairs located at the corner of Via Tunisi and Viale Vaticano, in front of Via Tunisi 4. Please note that our meeting point is an outdoor location and not an office, and that the address given is indicative. If you are taking a taxi or searching for our location, please use this exact address only. Vatican City covers large area with different areas to visit that are located far apart from each other. Therefore, plan your journey ahead and expect long waitings for the Taxi. Once you reach the stairs at Via Tunisi 4, be on the lookout for bright green and the ECOART logo. Plan on arriving at least 15 minutes early. Tours always depart on time, and is is not possible to catch up with a guide inside the museums. • Your tour itinerary includes stairs, which cannot be avoided during a group tour. If you or a member of your group has mobility limitations, please contact us in advance.
• Identity documents are required for children up to 18 years of age if you have purchased a child/reduced ticket. If you have purchased a reduced ticket but are not entitled to one, you will be required to purchase a new full price ticket to enter.
• Very large/bulky bags of any kind are not permitted inside the Vatican museums and must be checked in. Standard size backpacks are generally tolerated. There is a bag/coat check directly at the entrance of the Museums.
• Photography is allowed in all areas of the Vatican Museums except the Sistine Chapel.
• Your tour includes "Skip the Line" access; however, everyone must pass through a security check which, on the busiest days, can mean a wait of up to 30 minutes.
• Shoulders and knees must be covered for both men and women. "To-the-knee" shorts and skirts are generally tolerated. Absolutely no sleeveless shirts, tank tops, short shorts or miniskirts/short dresses. Entrance may be denied to guests who do not dress accordingly, and is at the discretion of the guards at the entrance.
• St. Peter's Basilica is a separate venue and entrance from the Vatican Museums. Due to new access regulations tickets for entry into St. Peter’s Basilica must now be nominal. Therefore, we kindly ask you to ensure that the names on your booking match the full names of the actual participants in the tour. Please be aware that staff members reserve the right to conduct document checks. We strongly recommend carrying either a physical or digital copy of a valid ID or passport. Guests who fail to provide the required information or do not have a valid document may be denied entry to the venue.
