The rates shown on this page are our contracted group rates. For various reasons, we cannot reserve a wide variety of cabin categories nor can we reserve single, triple, or quad occupancy cabins.
However, if you do not see the cabin category you prefer, we can request that it be added to the group so that you may still book into our group and receive any group amenities, activities/invites, and dining times. Likewise, we can usually add different occupancy cabins upon request. Please contact us by phone or email with your requests.
Typically, contracted group rates represent the lowest available prices for the contracted categories at the time of the group was formed. From time to time, varous promotions may reduce the public rate below the group rate. When this occurs, we may be able to book you the promtional rate and move your booking into the group if the promotional rate does not exclude group bookings. That said, promotional rates almost always have nonrefundable deposits (by contrast, group rates typically have refundable deposits). If you still prefer the public, promotional rate, simply let us know and we will check for combinability.
