When you're headed to the White Continent, packing isn't just about throwing a few sweaters in a suitcase. You’re going to need layers, gear, and a little strategy—because adventure in Antarctica comes with its own packing style.
This is my personal packing list—what I actually brought, wore, and used on our expedition aboard the World Navigator. Use it as a starting point, but remember: everyone’s comfort level is different, and this list should absolutely be customized to fit you.
I also put together a video to walk you through what I packed and why. If you’re wondering whether to bring the ski pants or how many base layers you really need, give it a watch before you zip up your suitcase.
