Host Bio:
After finishing her graduate studies in India, Nanditha and her family moved back to Colombo where she worked for 8 years at The Cinnamon Grand hotel before starting Nandis Milk Toffee. Her husband is a hotelier as well (that is how they met!) and they excel at taking care of guests. Nanditha is a successful entrepreneur (running her home-based confectionery company for 15 years now!), home baker and mother of two. She loves to cook for friends and family and is known for her crab curry and home-style Sri Lankan meals. As they say, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree - Nanditha’s daughter is passionate about baking as well and will be part of this experience. The whole family loves animals and they have two very friendly terriers - Poochi and her female puppy Patiya. Nanditha has been cooking since she was 12 years old and ensures her family and friends are well fed!
