Location
Located approximately 1.7 miles from the centre of Rovaniemi and 4.5 miles from RVN Airport, this mountain hotel immerses you in nature while offering the convenience of a nearby city.
Rooms
Our group will be staying in 4 chalets on the property, each with a unique design but all include a living space, bathroom(s), kitchen, and sauna. There is also free WiFi and satellite TV.
Facilities & Activities
The property includes amenities such as baggage storage, free wireless internet, a gift shop, gym, sauna and steam bath. They also offer a car hire, transfer, hotel shuttle bus, room, and laundry services for guests. In addition, the tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. While we have pre-booked many activities, the property does assist with ski passes at the nearby ski resorts.
Many of our group activities, including yoga, and social time will take place in the “Master Chalet” which has a large gathering space and terrace.
Meals
There are 3 onsite restaurants and a lobby bar where you can cozy up around a beautiful stone fireplace. A continental breakfast buffet and dinner are served every day. If you have food allergies, dietary needs or preferences, you will be asked to provide that information in the Participant Information Form following registration so that we can work with you to ensure your needs are met. The onsite restaurant menus include low calorie, gluten-free and vegetarian meal options. There are also non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages available.
