Today after breakfast at your hotel, enjoy a full day guided tour of the Cape Peninsula. The Cape has a very long coastline, and today you will get to see a great deal of it from some incredible viewpoints! Drive through Camps Bay, Cape Town's 'IT' suburb where some of the US's rich & famous have holiday homes & past Noordhoek, where you might get the chance to stop & enjoy the local favourite - Kristen's Kick-ass Ice Cream.
As long as it is open (it can close due to weather), you'll get to see the ocean & mountain views from one of the world's best drives as featured on 'Top Gear' - Chapman's Peak. You'll also get a chance to stop at Cape Point for even more amazing views and your first good chance to spot some of the local wildlife, including antelope, Cape Mountain Zebra &, of course, the never far away baboons! You'll have the option to stroll around, visit the café or take the funicular to the lighthouse (own account). You'll also have a stop at the must-see Boulders Beach, where penguins swim & go about their daily business. You will likely also drive through or have a brief stop at the small & quirky seaside towns of Kalk Bay & Simons Town. Kalk Bay is known for its arts & crafts stalls and good quality food options, while Simons Town is home to the South African navy.
Light lunch will be included along the way at a local restaurant.
