Step quietly into the healing embrace of the forest.
Our Forest Bathing experience is a slow, intentional walk through the natural beauty of Hocking Hills—designed to ground you, reconnect you with your body, and offer gentle space for reflection and restoration.
Rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, or “bathing in the forest atmosphere,” this experience is not a hike, but a guided invitation to engage your senses: 👣 Feel the earth beneath your feet 🌬 Breathe in the crisp autumn air 🍁 Observe the colors, textures, and quiet rhythms of nature
Led by a certified Forest Bathing guide, we will move mindfully through the woods with moments of silence, gentle prompts, and optional sharing. This is a practice of presence, not performance—there is no right way to participate, only your way.
As mothers who carry profound loss, this time in nature offers a space to soften grief, feel held by the land, and remember that healing can be quiet, slow, and sacred.
