Belize City to Ambergris Caye:
- 8:00am, 10:30am, 1:30pm, 3:30pm, 5:00pm
Ambergris Caye to Belize City:
- 6:00am, 8:00am, 9:30am, 1:00pm, 4:00pm
Due to the water taxi schedule, length of transportation and time you will spend at the airport you should only book this transfer if your international flight arrives into Belize City before 2:30pm and depart after 11am. Booking this transportation outside of the recommended times will result in you missing the water taxi on arrival and your return flight home.
Duration: Water taxi transfer time between Belize City and Ambergris Caye is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Redemption Information:
Reservations are confirmed electronically with Muy'ono.
You will not receive an air ticket/confirmation for this transfer.
Carefully review your e-documents for instruction on how to connect with Muy'ono on arrival. The Muy'ono Representative will provide documentation/directive regarding this water transfer.

Arrival instructions:
Upon arrival, after clearing immigration & customs follow the exit sign and look for the Muy'ono Representative. The representative will present you with important information regarding your transfer before directing you to your vehicle.
Do not leave the area until you meet your representative.
In the unlikely event of a deviation from your original arrival flight due to lost connections, flight delay/cancellation, delay at immigration/customs or you are unable to locate your Representative call Muy'ono immediately.
If you do not present yourself or call Muy'ono within 45 minutes of your international flight arrival you are considered a no-show.
A valid passport is required to board the vessel.
Due to the operating hours of this service customers arriving into Belize International 2:30pm or later will be required to spend their night in Belize City. If you are departing Belize International prior to 11am, you will be required to spend your last night in Belize City.
Departure Instructions:
You MUST reconfirm your water taxi transfer with Muy'ono at least 48 hour prior to your scheduled departure.
Failure to present yourself at your scheduled check-in time will result in a no-show and you will have to purchase a new transfer to your final destination.
