If you are travelling on one of our Canadian routes, you can choose our bi-level, GoldLeaf Service coach, where breakfast and lunch will be served in the lower-level dining area. Our culinary team refreshes menus seasonally, including guest favourites like lemon & honey buttermilk pancakes, Alberta striploin steak, and crispy skin Lois Lake steelhead.
Pair your meals with local wines, craft beers, or just a relaxing cup of tea. All beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are included. Instead of losing landscapes to darkness, you’ll get a peaceful night’s sleep at a comfortable hotel before boarding the train again the next morning.
