• All passengers are required to have a valid Passport to board any of Virgin's Lady ships.

Virgin Voyages require Sailors to have a valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 months after the voyage end date. Based on your country of citizenship, some ports may also require a necessary visa to travel back into the homeport after the voyage has completed.

Please check your Passport expiration date now and ensure you have it somewhere safe and ready to pack!

• Luggage Tags and Wearable Bracelet (The Band)

You will not receive Luggage Tags or your Wearable bracelet in advance. When you arrive at the port, have your Stateroom number handy to provide to the porters. They will make a tag for your bag as they collect your bags. Remember to tip them!

When you check in at the port, they will provide your Band prior to boarding the ship.

• Travel Insurance

Insurance is not required for your sailing but is always recommended. If you did not choose to include insurance prior to your final payment, you can still purchase insurance through LiesureCare through Dream Vacations with me prior to the trip start date.
