Please review TropiGal Travel LLC’s Terms and Conditions of Booking prior to travel.
Clients are responsible for reviewing all travel documents for accuracy immediately upon receipt. Names and dates of birth must match government-issued identification and passports exactly. Airline tickets are generally non-transferable, and airline change fees may apply.
Pricing and availability are subject to change until deposits and/or final payments have been processed by the travel supplier.
Due to the unpredictable nature of travel, TropiGal Travel LLC strongly advises travelers to protect their investment with comprehensive travel protection coverage. Available travel protection options will be provided as part of the planning process whenever applicable.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring passports, visas, vaccinations, and other required travel documentation meet all entry requirements. Many destinations require passports to remain valid for at least six months beyond travel dates. Please review current passport requirements via the U.S. Department of State.
Prior or pending DUI charges, past-due child support, custody disputes, and certain legal matters may affect your ability to travel internationally. Travelers should confirm eligibility for international travel with the appropriate legal or government authorities prior to departure.
Additional Travel Information
Airline Seats & Schedule Changes:
Seat assignments are controlled by the airline and may change at any time, including after ticketing. Seat assignments are not always available at the time of booking. TropiGal Travel LLC is not responsible for airline schedule changes, equipment changes, seating changes, delays, or cancellations.
Baggage Fees:
Baggage fees, seat selection fees, and other ancillary airline charges are not included unless specifically stated. Please refer directly to your airline for current baggage policies and pricing.
TSA Guidelines:
Please review current TSA Security Screening guidelines, including “What Can I Bring” and the “Liquids Rule,” prior to travel.
Resort / Hotel Check-In:
Most resorts and hotels begin check-in around 3:00 PM local time. Guests arriving earlier may be required to wait for room availability; however, luggage storage is typically available so you may begin enjoying resort or hotel amenities.
Dress Codes:
Camouflage clothing and accessories are prohibited in many Caribbean destinations, where such attire is reserved for military or law enforcement personnel.
Some resort restaurants may require evening attire for men, including long pants, collared shirts, and closed-toe shoes. Please pack accordingly.
Honeymoon & Anniversary Travel:
Many resorts require proof of marriage to receive honeymoon or anniversary amenities. A photocopy of your marriage certificate is recommended. Please notify your TropiGal Travel advisor in advance if you are celebrating a special occasion so appropriate notations may be added to your reservation.
Military & Law Enforcement Discounts:
Applicable identification and documentation (ID or DD-214) are required at check-in for military, veteran, or law enforcement discounts. Failure to provide proper documentation may result in reversal of promotional pricing by the supplier.
Vacation Club & Timeshare Presentations:
Travelers may be offered resort credits, excursions, or other incentives in exchange for attending vacation club or timeshare presentations. These presentations are often high-pressure sales environments, and participation is entirely at the traveler’s discretion.
