As part of your Manulife Insurance policy Premium Protection Plan or Non-Medical Inclusive, you are entitled to additional benefits called "Blink Flight Assistance."

f you wish to purchase insurance, this must be done before the known event. Once the event becomes known the insurance won't cover you for that particular event. Please email us and we will provide you a quote.

Under this benefit, if your flight is delayed 3 hours or more, each registered traveller automatically receives an e-transfer to your bank account for $40. For 6+ hours, an additional $100. If your flight is cancelled entirely, you will receive $140. This is in addition to airline compensation (if any)and trip interruption coverage within your policy. 

If you wish to take advantage of this benefit, you'll need to register yourself online before the first day of your trip (we recommend doing this right away):

1. Go to https://www.flightassistmanulife.com/use

2. Click the yellow "Register" button in the top right corner

3. Create your account. Just so you know, you will use the Manulife Policy number already emailed to you. If you have problems finding it, please don't hesitate to reach out, and we will send it again. 

4. Register yourself as a traveller and anyone else listed on your Manulife Policy. You'll need your passport numbers. EACH PERSON MUST BE REGISTERED. 

5. Add the flight that your policy covers which you will find on your e-documents that were emailed over.
