Worldschool Club Chacchoben Ruins Tour- $55 per person, including transport
Your adventure begins in the Port of Costa Maya. From there our meeting point will be at our main office where your reception will be held, we will give you a complimentary drink (water, soda, beer or a shot of tequila) while you enjoy your drink, your driver and your guide will be preparing your transportation to start your excursion that takes approximately 50 to 55 minutes to reach the archaeological zone. Once all families have reached the bus location, we will set off on our journey. You will find yourself immersed in the ancient jungle that keeps great secrets of the Mayan civilization. We will explore one of the largest archaeological cities in the South "Chacchoben". Visit, learn and discover by seeing the current inhabitants of the archaeological zone the "spider monkeys" "cereques", dazzling with the wonderful evergreen jungle around you, a tropical climate and the mosquitoes that never fail to welcome new visitors with encouragement. It is a heavily forested area, so come prepared for heat, bugs, and lots of walking/shallow hiking.
When we are finished, we will take the hour bus ride right back to the cruise port.
