GPP+ is available for groups with a maximum of 45 rooms. You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in your original form of payment. GPP+ must be added to your booking within 7 days of providing names and no later than 90 days prior to departure, whichever occurs first. This plan is not available with non-refundable hotel rates or air only. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable. Should some guests within a group choose to add GPP and some choose to add GPP+, the combined maximum total number of rooms for coverage is 45.

Group Protection Plan Plus [GPP+] Pre-Departure Waiver The following benefits are provided by Vacation Express and are not insurance benefits.

Cancellations: You may cancel your vacation for any reason prior to departure and receive a refund for the full package price in the original form of payment less the GPP+ plan cost [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees]. All cancellations on GPP+ must be received by Vacation Express up to 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time per your documents or no later than 9AM local time of the hotel the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings. A one-time VE change fee will be waived per person with GPP+.

The following travel protection coverages are underwritten by Arch Insurance Company and are included with your purchase of either GPP or GPP+.
