My Next Group Trip Is Here—And You’re Invited!

Hi there,
Thank you so much for your interested in the next LV Travel Co group trip! I am so excited to share this proposal with you. A cruise is the perfect way to get a taste of many areas of Hawaii without having to change hotels! While this ship is older, and doesn't have all the bells, whistles and entertainment you may be used to if you've sailed before, it is the only cruise line and ship to offer this unique itinerary visiting 4 islands in 7 days! Since most of our time will be spent off the ship, it will essentially be our floating hotel taking us from place to place!
As long as at least 20 cabins book and pay in full through my group space, I will be traveling with the group to host this trip! If 20 cabins aren't reached, no worries! The trip still goes on, you'll sail with your friends and I'll take great care of you during the planning process and send you off on the trip prepared with all you need to know!
Excursions
I will work with those booked through this group to recommend excursions for each port. I'll send over my excursion guide once activities are able to be booked. I also work with 3rd party providers that offer excursions in the area and may recommend some of their options as well. With enough interest, I may consider arranging a private group excursion for those in our group that want to join.
Proposal and Pricing for Rooms with More than 2 Guests:
The pricing on this proposal are for double occupancy (2 per stateroom). This is due to how I am able to lock in discounted contracted rates. If your party is more than 2 guests, please fill out this form to request a proposal for your party size. Rates for larger parties are not locked in and are subject to change, so I can't include them on this proposal.

The pricing you see on this proposal is for the cruise portion only of the trip.

Anything not listed on this proposal
A travel protection quote will be sent to you within 2 business days of your deposit being processed with the cruise line. I highly recommend the purchase of travel protection.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you're sharing a room with someone who does not reside in your household, please only fill out your information in the booking process and have your roommate do the same. Please put your roommates name in the notes on the Traveler Detail Form you will complete during the booking process. It may look like you're paying the full amount, even if you're sharing a stateroom - don't worry, I'll manually fix this for you once submitted. You can adjust the deposit amount you are authorizing to the per person cost on the authorization page.
Payment Schedule:
Initial Deposit: Due at time of booking - $125 per person
Second Payment: Due by May 4, 2026 - $1,500 per stateroom
Third Payment: Due August 4, 2026 - $1,500 per stateroom
Fourth Payment: Due by November 4, 2026 - $1,500 per stateroom
Final Payment: Due by February 1, 2027 - Remaining balance
You’re also welcome to make additional payments at any time between those dates—I know everyone budgets differently, and I'm happy to apply payments as you go!
