After 20 days of receipt of your trip quote the planning agreement expires.

• If travel was not booked within 20 days of the proposal, a new planning consultation fee will be charged.
• It is the responsibility of the traveler to complete all necessary paperwork and provide payment in a timely manner.

What Is Included In The Planning Phase? (Independent Bookings/Non-Contract Group)

• Personalized travel recommendations with up to 3 options for your trip - if you request more than 3 quote revisions or continue to change dates/locations, we will need to revisit your planning fees for further payment and options.
• Round-Trip Airfare, Internal Airfare (if requested, as necessary, some air may need to be self-booked)
• Accommodations
• Transportation between the airport and accommodation(s), or city-to-city (other transportation, as needed)
• Travel Insurance options
• Excursions & Activity Planning (after the accommodations are booked)

 What Will I Receive After I Book & At The Time Of Travel?

• Personal assistance before, during and after travel
• Access to your itinerary, you can view all of your reservations (in-progress & confirmed) 
• Invoices/receipts for all reservations each time a payment is processed
• Travel App, printed vouchers (when required) and e-copy travel documents

VOLUNTARY CHANGE FEES: once your trip is booked, $50 per request will be paid to Traveling Person, in addition to any additional fees required by the travel supplier for the new change (add/drop a traveler, change accommodations, change flights, change dates, etc.)

CANCELLATION FEES: once your trip is booked, each reservation that you choose to cancel is $50 per person, per reservation paid to Traveling Person, in addition to any fees required to the travel supplier for the cancellation. If the travel supplier has initiated the cancellation, $25 will be paid to Traveling Person by the client, per person, per reservation. 

AIR CHANGES: once your trip is booked and you have committed to an air itinerary, it is the client's responsibility to monitor flights and sign up for notifications with the airline(s). Traveling Person will alert clients to any air schedule changes that are received by the airline or travel provider.

Pricing & Rates:

Traveling Person acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal Suppliers and is not the source or provider of any travel service. Each Supplier is an independent entity with its own management and is not subject to the control of Traveling Person. 

For this reason, you will see all pricing as BUNDLED RATES and not broken out by component, a la carte style. 

Our partners do not provide component pricing to protect their contracts, therefore Traveling Person is not able to provide /disclose component pricing. When you hire Traveling Person, you agree and understand that you will receive all pricing as a "package rate.”
