DAY 1 B, D 350 km | 5h SPLIT ŠIBENIK ZADAR PLITVICE
After check-out, depart for Šibenik, home to
two UNESCO sites - the Fortress of St. Nicholas and the Cathedral of St. James. Explore the old town and enjoy some free time before continuing north.
In Zadar, a guided tour covers the Roman Forum, Church of St. Donatus, and UNESCO fortifications, ending at the Greeting to the Sun and Sea Organ.
Evening arrival in the Plitvice region, hotel check- in, dinner, and overnight.

PLITVICE RASTOKE
After breakfast, spend the day exploring Plitvice Lakes National Park, a stunning landscape of 16 cascading lakes connected by waterfalls, surrounded by lush forest. Take your time to enjoy the sights, sounds, and colors of this UNESCO-protected natural wonder.
Later, visit Rastoke, a charming village known as the "Small Plitvice" for its network of waterfalls, wooden mills, and traditional houses. Dinner in a local restaurant before returning to your hotel for overnight.

Breakfast, then journey towards Istria. Begin with an authentic truffle hunt in the Buzet forest, followed by a light truffle-based lunch. Stroll its cobbled streets, lined with artisan shops, and take in the medieval charm.

Breakfast, then enjoy a guided tour of Rovinj, often called one of the most romantic towns

After breakfast, visit the Lipica Stud Farm, birthplace of the world-famous Lipizzan horses. Learn about their history, see the elegant white horses up close, and enjoy a 3-course lunch.
