GENERAL CONDITIONS
Cruises are priced per person, cruise only, from Port Canaveral, FL. Go Far Travels can arrange round-trip airfare, hotel rooms in Orlando, FL, as well as round-trip transportation from your hotel to the cruise port.

A Deposit of $150 per person is required to secure your cabin. If confirmed, full payment is due by November 12, 2025. Payments can be made by debit or credit card.
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: - $100 per person fee when canceled more than 60 days before sailing. - 50% of cruise fare when canceled 60-30 days before sailing. - 75% of cruise fare when canceled 29-15 days before sailing. - No refund for no-shows or when canceled within 14 days before sailing.
All passengers will be charged $269.00 per person for gratuities & port charges regardless of age. Gratuities are prepaid to your cabin steward, waiter, busboy, and Maitre’d. Port Charges are comprised of U.S. Customs Fees, International Departure Taxes, and Non-Commissionable cruise line charges. Fuel surcharges are subject to change, and Go Far Travels reserves the right to pass along increases in fuel surcharges imposed by the cruise line.
Each Cabin will receive a $50 On Board Credit.
Travel Documents: U.S. citizens are required to present proof of citizenship. The following WHTI-Compliant Documents are acceptable for cruise travel: U.S. Passport, Passport Card, State Enhanced Driver’s License, Certificate of U.S. Naturalization. Also acceptable for cruise travel, U.S. citizens can show proof of citizenship, such as a birth certificate issued by a government agency and accompanied by government-issued photo identification. A U.S. citizen under the age of 16 will be able to present either an original, notarized or certified copy of their birth certificate. For more information, visit travel.state.gov. Passengers denied boarding are not eligible for a refund. Foreign nationals should contact their respective governments to obtain further details.
Embarkation: The Carnival Freedom sails from Port Canaveral, Florida at 3:30PM on Monday, February 9, 2026. Embarkation begins at 11:00AM. Passengers must be on board no later than 90 minutes before sailing.
Disembarkation: The Carnival Freedom returns to Port Canaveral, Florida at 8:00 AM on Saturday, February 14, 2026. Allow 1-2 hours for disembarkation, customs and immigration formalities.
Ship’s Registry: Panama
Passage Contract: The attention of the passengers is specifically directed to conditions of transportation set forth in the passage contract of the ticket of Carnival Cruise Line General Sales Agents and Operators.
Accommodations: Prices are from Port Canaveral, FL based on two full-paying passengers per cabin. Third and/or Fourth adults in a cabin with two full-paying passengers pay $499 each.
Fare Inclusive: Your cruise rate includes; ocean transportation, accommodations, using the ship as your hotel, admission to all gospel concerts, and meals*. Gospel groups listed are subject to change. (*Excludes fees in Specialty Restaurants.)
Advanced or Delayed Sailings: In the event of strike, lockouts, riots or stoppage of labor from whatever causes, or for any other reason whatsoever beyond the control of the cruise line, the cruise line in it’s sole discretion may cancel, advance or postpone any scheduled sailing or call at any port and may, but is not obligated to, substitute another vessel, and shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to passengers by reason of such cancellation, advancement, postponement, or substitution.
Medical Needs/Pregnancy/Infants: Any passenger with a medical condition requiring special equipment (oxygen, wheelchairs, scooters, etc.) or assistance on board must notify Go Far Travels at the time of booking in order to determine whether or not the cruise line can accommodate your needs. Passengers requiring the use of a wheelchair must be accommodated in staterooms designated as handicapped accessible. Call 336-554-2631 to request a Special Requirements Form at least 30 days prior to the cruise. Carnival Cruise Lines will not accept reservations for infants less than 6 months of age on the date of sailing or women who will be 24 or more weeks into their pregnancy prior to the conclusion of the cruise.
Baggage Liability: Liability for loss or damage to personal baggage in connection with the vessel shall be limited according to the Cruise Ticket Provisions. Liability for loss or damage to baggage in connection with air, rental car, motorcoach, hotel and ground transfers shall be the responsibility of the provider of such services.
Responsibility: Carnival Cruise Line and Go Far Travels, LLC expressly disclaim any responsibility for personal injury or property damage arising out of the acts or negligence of any air carrier, hotel, or any other person rendering any of the services offered in addition to the ship’s cruise and shall not be responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused by late air, car or motorcoach arrivals nor for loss or damage to baggage, automobiles or other property of the passenger occurring off the vessel. Carnival Cruise Line and Go Far Travels, LLC will not be responsible for any damages occasioned from any cause whatsoever other than responsibilities arising out of being the wholesaler, nor for any damage or inconvenience caused by late air, car, or motorcoach arrivals, cruise cancellations or delays in departure or return, nor for loss or damage to baggage or any article belonging to the passenger occurring other than by reason of negligence on our part. Loss or damage to baggage while boarding or disembarking must be reported to either the Purser’s Office or to Carnival Cruise Line personnel prior to leaving the U.S. Customs area. Passengers must file an Irregularity Report prior to leaving these areas. Carnival Cruise Line and Go Far Travels, LLC will not be responsible for any damage or loss which is not duly reported as stated above. Go Far Travels, LLC reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to refuse passage to any passenger who may require assistance beyond that which they are able to provide.
Only those ticketed through Hits Horns and Harmony group will be admitted into the concerts, chapels, and any other events pertaining to the group.
Is a Passport required for this cruise? U.S. citizens are required to present proof of citizenship.

Can Go Far Travels help with Airline Arrangements? Go Far Travels can arrange airline reservations for you for the cruise. Please call us for a quote on round trip airfare when your travel plans are firm. Actual ticket price is determined at the time payment is made and tickets are issued.
What about Hotel Accommodations? Go Far Travels can arrange hotel accommodations for you before and/or after the cruise.

How do I drive to the port?
Directions from Airports
From Orlando International Airport (MCO)Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 45 minutes west of Port Canaveral. Take the North Exit from the Airport, staying to the right, to S.R. 528 East (Toll Road). Take S.R. 528 east directly to Port Canaveral, Exit 54A for A Terminals (CT-5, -6, -8 and -10).
From Orlando Melbourne International Airport (MLB)Orlando Melbourne International Airport (MLB) is located approximately 25 miles (40 minutes) south of Port Canaveral. Exit east (left) out of the airport onto NASA Boulevard and follow to U.S. Highway 1. Turn left (north) onto U.S Highway 1. Travel approximately 20 minutes on U.S. Highway 1 past S.R. 520 in Cocoa about four miles to S.R. 528 East. Exit onto S.R. 528 East and continue directly to Port Canaveral, Exit 54A for A Terminals (CT-5, -6, -8 and -10).
From Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB)The Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) is approximately 1 hour northwest of Port Canaveral. Exit the airport south to the Central Florida Greenway/ S.R. 417 (Toll Road). Go south 23 miles to S.R. 528 East. Exit onto S.R. 528 East (Toll Road) and continue directly to Port Canaveral, Exit 54A for A Terminals (CT-5, -6, -8 and -10).

Parking is $17.00 per day (Vehicles & RVs), including day of arrival and day of departure.

Will I Get Seasick? Seasickness is very rare on ships as large as ours. All our ships are equipped with stabilizers which are designed to keep them smooth and steady in the water. If you should feel queasy, medicine is available from your cabin steward, the Information Desk or from the doctor.
Can I use my cell phone on the cruise? Yes, cell phone service is available onboard the ship. International Roaming rates will apply, so check with your cell phone service provider to determine what the charges will be. Texting is the most economical way to communicate with loved ones while cruising.
Is There a Doctor on Board? Yes, a qualified physician and nurse from our medical staff are on call 24 hours a day. Infirmary hours for medical examinations can be found onboard. A professional fee will be charged. If you should come down with a contagious disease, or even suspect a contagious disease, it is compulsory that you report it to the ship's doctor for the safety of everyone on board. Should you be on any medication or want the medical staff to be aware of any special needs, please contact our infirmary. This will ensure they will be prepared should you need assistance. Our doctors are independent contractors.
Medications? Please carry your required medication in your pocket or purse so that it will be available when needed. Checked luggage may not always be accessible. If you're using any prescription drugs, vitamins, or other medication on a regular basis, you should bring an adequate supply with you since these may not be readily available either aboard ship or in our ports of call. Commonly used medications may be purchased at the office of the ship's doctor.
Does the ship offer Internet Service? Yes, all you need is a device with Wi-Fi capability. Prices for internet access vary and are subject to change. Log on to the wi-fi network using your device, open your browser and follow instructions to log on.
What About Electrical Appliances? Bring them with you by all means. Staterooms are equipped with both North American standard, 110 volts AC and standard European 220/230 volts AC outlets.
Are There Baby-Sitters? Babysitting is offered. Babysitting fees apply: $6.75 USD per hour plus an 18% gratuity, per child. Subject to change.
Are there planned activities for kids? Carnival's Camp Ocean offers a complete children’s program for ages 2-11 to include all sorts of adventures as they explore daily fun activities such as arts and crafts, movies, scavenger hunts, and more!. Penguins, the youngest campers, ages 2 to 5, Stingray group is ages 6 to 8, and the Shark group is for ages 9 to11.
Tipping? Gratuities will be billed in addition to the cost of your cruise. The gratuities are for the following personnel:
- Dining Room - Maitre d'; Head Waiter; Waiter; Assistant Waiter
- Room Steward
Other personnel, such as Bar Waiters, Bellboys and Deck Stewards should be tipped as service is rendered.
Photographic Experiences Remember to keep smiling! You never know when the Ship's Photographer may take a candid picture of you. The photos will be on display and are available for purchase. Special requests can be made by appointment and are available for a fee. If you like taking your own pictures, film for cameras is on sale in the duty-free shop. Birthdays and Anniversaries If you're going to celebrate a birthday or wedding anniversary during your cruise, please let the Maître d' know.
What to Do With Your Valuables? Staterooms have safes where you can store your valuables. Safety Deposit boxes are available at the Guest Relations (Purser's) Desk. This service is free of charge unless the key is lost. A nominal fee will apply for any lost keys. Safety deposit boxes are available on a first come first serve basis.
What About Towels? Towels are supplied on deck by the pool, so please don't bring any up from your stateroom.
Will I be able to use my wheelchair or scooter onboard? Yes, the standard door width is 25 inches for staterooms. There are staterooms designed to accommodate guests with mobility disabilities and other disabilities. Please inform Go Far Travels if you have any special needs requirements, 336-554-2631.
Are there restrictions on traveling with an infant or traveling while pregnant? Yes, the cruise line does not accept bookings for infants 6 months or younger on the date of sailing, or from women who will be 25 or more weeks pregnant prior to the conclusion of the cruise.
