A $250 CAD per person non-refundable Crew Fee is required to confirm your place in the group.

The Crew Fee covers the planning and coordination behind the trip, along with shared pieces that may need to be arranged for the group as a whole.

This includes:

• trip planning and routing
• group logistics and communication
• shared transportation or transfers
• selected group activities or experiences
• supplier costs that need to be paid collectively
• one or two special Second Shift moments along the way

Once your Crew Fee is paid, you’re officially part of the crew — and you get a say in how the trip takes shape.

We’ll build the core trip structure, then bring the group into the fun parts: choosing between activity options, weighing in on shared experiences and deciding which extras are actually worth doing.

Some activities will be offered as join-in options rather than mandatory group events.

This is a group trip, not a field trip.

From there, we work through your individual details — cabin, flights, hotel, transfers and timing — and send each booking option to you for review and authorization.

Once you approve, we handle the bookings, coordination and moving pieces.

You’ll get the full itinerary as it comes together, with everything organized in one place and clear instructions for anything you need to approve along the way.

The detailed trip plan is part of the Second Shift service, so we don’t publish the full working itinerary before you join the crew.
