Mitai Māori Cultural Experience at Mitai – includes Dinner and show
An evening in Mitai Māori Village will give you an authentic introduction to Māori culture, leaving you amazed and in awe. Nestled in the lush surroundings of Rotorua, this village is more than just a tourist attraction; it's a living showcase of Māori heritage. Watch the stories unfold through the dynamic scenes of warriors paddling the war canoe down Wai-o-Whiro stream. The melodious sounds of instruments and entertainment are highlighted through the haka and performing arts. View the unveiling of the traditional hāngi dinner and enjoy the kai (food), followed by an evening walk through the forest visiting the old village site and discovering the sacred natural spring Te Puna Tapu a Tuhoe. End the evening in awe of the glowworms lighting the banks of the forest.
