Pricing and Availability: Pricing and availability of travel services are not confirmed until a deposit has been issued. Any quotes provided prior to the deposit are subject to change.
Services on Request: Many of the services we sell are on request. When payment is made on a booking, we request confirmation of hotels and car rentals the same day. You will be notified via email within 48 hours if any of these services are unavailable and provided with alternatives. If you are unwilling to accept alternatives, please let us know prior to making payment and we will not book your air until the hotels and car rentals are confirmed (and air pricing is thus subject to change).
Timing of confirmation for other services (sightseeing, transfers, rail) varies and often occurs 1-3 months prior to departure.
