Upon arrival at the port, your luggage will be collected by porters and delivered directly to your suite, allowing you to board with just your personal items.

You will proceed through a brief check-in process, which includes passport verification handled by local port authorities, along with standard security procedures. Thanks to the intimate size of Atlas Ocean Voyages’ yachts, this process is typically smooth and efficient, without the long lines often associated with larger ships.

Once onboard, you will be warmly welcomed by the crew and invited to relax with a refreshing beverage and light snack while final check-in formalities are completed. A member of the staff will then escort you to your suite, where you can settle in and begin enjoying the comforts of your yacht.

As embarkation concludes, you will be invited to participate in the mandatory safety drill before departure. Your luggage will be delivered shortly after boarding, and your expedition experience begins from the moment you step onboard.
