My name is Torri Johnson, co-owner of LV Travel Co, and your dedicated Travel Designer. I am excited to help you book and enjoy your upcoming vacation with Team Jfit.

Jen has chosen Secrets Royal Beach in Punta Cana for the 2027 Jfit Relaxing Retreat Getaway! This 5-night ladies only (18+) retreat begins on January 7, 2027. Secrets Royal Beach is an all-inclusive resort, meaning your accommodations, meals and drinks are all covered. You can find more details about the resort and the trip in our detailed proposal below.

By booking through the group link on this proposal, you'll benefit from exclusive contracted rates. Additionally, you'll have direct access to Jen throughout the trip, along with special events exclusively planned for our group. Katie Moore Nutrition will also be available daily for advice and discussion regarding healthy eating, hydration and wellness to start your new year! It is crucial that all bookings are made through Jen's group to ensure these exclusive events remain accessible. 

Booking through the group also means you'll have me as your single point of contact, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable planning process. I'll handle all the details so you can simply look forward to your vacation. 

We have a limited number of rooms available at our special rates, so please complete the booking forms as soon as possible to secure your spot. To receive your guest room, I'll need the names of both guests and a $200 per person deposit at the time of booking.

Once we wrap the initial booking process, as long as we have enough travelers coming from Charleston, WV, I'll start working on a contract for airfare. This will help lock in the rate for those who are flying with the group from Charleston. If you'll be flying from another airport, we'll try to arrange for you to meet us in the connecting airport so we can arrive in the Dominican Republic together and share transportation.

The contracted rates below are total for Double Occupancy rooms (2 guests) and include resort accommodations, food and drinks, plus group activities hosted by Jen Scritchfield of Jfit Training.

*If you don't have a roommate already, please let Jen know and she will do her best to match you with another solo traveler so you have someone to share a room with.

The group must have a minimum of 10 rooms travel to receive the group pricing and amenities.

A travel protection quote will be sent to you within 3 business days of your deposit being processed with the supplier. I highly recommend the purchase of travel protection. 

If you're sharing a room with someone who does not reside in your household, please only fill out your information in the booking process and have your roommate do the same. Please put your roommates name in the notes on the Traveler Detail Form you will complete during the booking process. It may look like you're paying the full amount, even if you're sharing a room - don't worry, I'll manually fix this for you once submitted. You can adjust the deposit amount you are authorizing to the per person cost on the authorization page. 

• Initial Deposit: Due at time of booking - $200 per person
• Second Payment: Due by June 16, 2026 - $500 per person
• Final Payment: Due by Tuesday, August 18, 2026 - Remaining balance
