Today we visit Bernkastel, one of the most picturesque towns in the Moselle Valley.
With its beautifully preserved half-timbered houses, narrow cobblestone streets, and welcoming town squares, Bernkastel looks as though it stepped straight out of a storybook. Surrounded by steep vineyards that climb the hillsides along the river, the town has long been known for producing some of the region’s finest wines.
During our guided walking tour, we’ll wander through the charming streets and historic squares while learning about the town’s rich winemaking traditions.
Of course, no visit to Bernkastel would be complete without sampling the local specialty. We’ll enjoy a tasting of the region’s exceptional Moselle wines, known for their elegance and distinctive character.
