Arrival Instructions: Follow the exit sign and look for the Amstar Desk & Representatives wearing a signature blue shirt outside the terminal.
Your Amstar Representative will greet, get you checked in and escort/direct you to your transfer vehicle. If you are unable to locate your representative/driver, call the Amstar office immediately. Once on Amstar’s site select the airport you will be arriving in for a map to guide you to the Amstar desk/representatives
In the unlikely event of a deviation from your original arrival flight due to lost connections, flight delay or cancellation, please call Amstar immediately. Amstar requires notification at least 2 hours prior to your original arrival time in order to guarantee the transfer service. Failure to notify Amstar will result in 100% penalty for your arrival transfer. Transfer will not be rescheduled or refunded.
If your luggage is delayed, send one person from your party outside to notify your representative/driver or call Amstar.
