CIE Tours Cancellation Policy (In the event CIE Tours cancels):
If CIE Tours cancels your trip prior to departure for reasons other than a Force Majeure Event as determined by CIE, travelers will receive either (1) a full refund of their payments paid directly to Beyond the Map Travel, (2) will be rebooked onto the same tour at a future departure date at no additional cost or, (3) will be offered a future travel credit for use on any other CIE tour. If CIE Tours cancels your tour due to a Force Majeure Event, you will either (1) be rebooked onto the same tour at a future departure date at no addition cost or, (2) be offered future travel credit for any CIE tour, but no cash refund will be issued. CIE Tours is not responsible for additional costs incurred by travelers associated with necessary rebooking or cancellation such as airfare penalties associated with airline tickets purchased independently from Beyond the Map Travel & Tours. However, if you purchased your airfare through Beyond the Map Travel, we will reimburse these penalties to you. In the unlikely event of a Guaranteed Coach Tour cancellation, every effort will be made by CIE Tours and Beyond the Map Travel to rebook your travel onto the next available departure date or, if that is undesirable to the traveler, a full refund paid directly to Beyond the Map Travel & Tours will be issued.
