What restaurants are available at the resort? Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana offers eight dining options including à la carte restaurants, a buffet, a café and a grill. No reservations are required for dining.

Are there any special rate plans or room upgrades available? Yes, we offer various rate plans and upgrades. Please check our website for the latest offers or inquire at the front desk upon arrival.

Can children stay at the resort? Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana is an adults-only resort, making it an ideal getaway for those looking to relax without children

What spa services are available? Our Secrets Spa offers a range of services including massages, facials and body treatments. The spa is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m

How many swimming pools are there? The resort features four pools, including a semi-Olympic relaxing pool and a lazy river in the Preferred Club section. (two of our four pools are for Preferred Club Members only)

Is there a loyalty program for frequent guests? Yes, guests can join the Unlimited Vacation Club for preferred rates and benefits, or the World of Hyatt program to earn points and rewards.

Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.
