Prior or pending DUI charges, past-due child support, custody disputes, and other legal concerns may affect your ability to travel internationally. Check with your lawyer, local passport office, or the US State Department if you believe you may be in a travel-restricted situation before traveling.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing all travel documents for accuracy immediately upon receipt. Names and dates of birth must match government-issued identification and passports exactly. Airline tickets are generally non-transferable, and airline change fees may apply.
- Pricing and availability are subject to change until deposits and/or final payments have been processed by the travel supplier.
- Due to the unpredictable nature of travel, TropiGal Travel LLC strongly advises travelers to protect their investment with comprehensive travel protection coverage. Available travel protection options will be provided as part of the planning process whenever applicable.
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring passports, visas, vaccinations, and other required travel documentation meet all entry requirements. Many destinations require passports to remain valid for at least six months beyond travel dates. Please review current passport requirements via the U.S. Department of State.

ADDITIONAL TRAVEL INFORMATION
- AIRLINE SEAT ASSIGNMENTS & SCHEDULE CHANGES: Seat assignments are controlled by the airline and may change at any time, including after ticketing. Vertical Escape Vacations, LLC is not responsible for seat assignments or any changes the airline will make to seat assignments. Seat assignments are not always available at the time of booking.
- BAGGAGE FEES: Baggage fees, seat selection fees, and other ancillary airline charges are not included unless specifically stated. Please refer directly to your airline for current baggage policies and pricing.
- BAGGAGE FEES ARE NOT PART OF AN ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE!
- RESORT CHECK-IN: Check-in time at most resorts is 3:00 pm (local time). If you arrive prior to 3:00 pm your room may not be ready. The resort will store your luggage in a secure location on the property so you may start enjoying your vacation without delay. Change into something more comfortable and enjoy a nice lunch, swim in the pool, walk along the beach, etc. until you are notified that your room accommodation is ready for check-in.
- DRESS CODE: *Camouflage is illegal to wear in many Caribbean countries, as it is reserved for military and police ONLY. The ban extends beyond your typical green variety and includes clothing, shoes, belts, face masks, and backpacks.
- * MEN * Please be advised that some resort restaurants may require long pants, a collared shirt, & closed-toe shoe. Please pack accordingly.
- HONEYMOON & ANNIVERSARY TRAVELERS: You MUST bring a copy of your marriage certificate to qualify for any complimentary honeymoon/anniversary package (a photocopy is recommended). Failure to have such proof of marriage will result in the resort denying these complimentary privileges (if applicable). PLEASE notify your Vertical Escape Vacations, LLC. agent if you are celebrating a Honeymoon or Anniversary so that they can notate this in your reservation. Typically, the resort will honor these packages up to 30 days before or after your honeymoon/anniversary date.
- MILITARY AND LAW ENFORCEMENT DISCOUNTS: Retired and military veterans must travel with a copy of their DD-214 and ID. ID is required for law enforcement. If unable to provide proof at check-in, any discounts will be reversed and re-charged to the guest.
- TIMESHARES: Beware of any invitations to "vacation club" presentations that if accepted, gift spa and/or resort credits, excursions, etc. These are hard-sell timeshare presentations. Do NOT attend and fall for these deceptive offers.
