Important Information About Payments

INITIAL DEPOSIT:
- IF REGISTERING FOR A SAFARI MORE THAN 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE DATE: A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 10% of the total cost of the land booking is due with a completed Registration & signed Terms and Conditions form to guarantee your reservation. (See attached document.)
- If the trip departure date is more than 24 months out, ONLY a ZELLE Bank payment can be accepted for the initial 10% deposit. No credit cards can be accepted for the 10% deposit for travel more than 24 months prior to departure. If paying the 10% deposit by ZELLE Bank transfer, please use email stella@ntabaafrica.com as the account to transfer to.
ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS:
- All future payments after the initial 10% deposit can be made with a credit card.
- An additional payment of 15% of the total cost of the land booking is due 9 months prior to departure date - NON-REFUNDABLE
- The Second Payment of 30% of the total cost of the land booking is due 4 months prior to departure date ā NON-REFUNDABLE
- Final Payments: The balance of the payment is due 2 months prior to departure date. NON-REFUNDABLE
- PLEASE NOTE - If any payment goes past due by 30 days Ntaba reserves the right to automatically cancel the itinerary.
- The above Payment Terms may change for certain bookings, depending on the properties included in the itinerary.
- Credit Card Payments Policy: An online payment link will be emailed to you to enter your credit card for immediate deposit payment. Additional payment links will be emailed approximately 7 days prior to the payment due date for each subsequent payment.
- For payment of Intra Africa flight purchases, you will be required to complete a credit card authorization form and provide your credit card number to be held on file before we purchase your Intra Africa flights. Once flights are purchased, Ntaba African Safaris will automatically charge your credit card for the applicable flight purchase amount plus the $50 flight booking fee as per the signed credit card authorization form.
Payments Plans: Payment plans other than the payment schedule outlined above are not allowed. You can, however, pay more than the required payment on the payment due date if a request to do so is made 14 days prior to the due date. Contact a Ntaba African Safaris representative to advise how much you would like to pay on the due date.
Trip Cancellation: Ntaba African Safaris reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure if circumstances warrant cancellation of the trip and are beyond Ntabaās control. All payments are Non Refundable. A claim can be submitted on your Travel Insurance policy. Should you need to cancel: Because the operation of international programs requires extensive long-term planning, costs are incurred long before the actual departures and ALL PAYMENTS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE in addition to airline cancellation penalties.
