• Shuttle Pick-Up Procedure : After clearing customs, proceed to "Pre-Arranged Transportation" located outside your cruise terminal. Follow the Go Port signs directing you to our check-in podium where greeters will seat you on the next available shuttle. 
  The shuttle will take you to Level 1 of MCO's Terminal A. If you are flying out of Terminal B or C, please allow an additional 30 minutes to ensure that you arrive at your terminal on time.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Shuttle service is available on demand from 5:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

Most pick-ups occur within 30 minutes or less but during high traffic times we ask that you allow up to an hour.

Shuttle Pick-Up Time: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Pick-Up

Your shuttle time will be scheduled between 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM. 

On the day of your cruise, a shared shuttle will pick you up at La Quinta Inn & Suites Orlando Airport (North) right outside the hotel lobby and drop you off at your cruise ship's terminal. Please note, shared shuttles may make additional stops before proceeding to the port.

To ensure your luggage is properly loaded, your cruise line provided luggage tags must be attached to your bags.

Shared shuttles to the Orlando Airport (MCO) run on a regular basis from 7:00 AM until ship debarkation is complete. These shuttles fill up on a first-come, first-served basis and will depart the port when they are filled.

After clearing customs, proceed to Pre-Arranged Transportation located outside your cruise terminal. Follow the Go Port signs directing you to our check-in podium where greeters will seat you on the next available shuttle.

The shuttle will take you to Level 1 of MCO's Terminal A. If you are flying out of Terminal B or C, please allow an additional 30 minutes to ensure that you arrive at your terminal on time.

Flight departures between 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM:
Cruisers are required to self-debark and board an early shuttle to ensure they arrive at the airport on time to make their flight. Contact your cruise line for more details on self-debarkation.

Flight departures after 1:00 PM or no departing flight:
We recommend cruisers self-debark in an effort to avoid long lines and delays at the port. Contact your cruise line for more details on self-debarkation.

Shared shuttle transportation may involve multiple stops. Customary gratuity to drivers is paid at your own discretion. Per safety regulations, you may need to remain on the shuttle while luggage is loaded/unloaded. Bathroom facilities are not available on our shuttles. Guests should consider using the restroom prior to boarding. There are restrooms located at the airport, parking plaza, and all cruise terminals.
