Tern Mobile App
Details
As you know, I build your itinerary using Tern, which keeps every detail of your trip organized in one place. You already have access to your itinerary through a web link, and that works well on a computer — but it’s not ideal on a mobile device.
This is where the Tern for Travelers app comes in.
The mobile app is the best way to access your itinerary on your phone and while you’re traveling. It gives you a clean, easy-to-use view of your full trip, plus all related documents, tickets, confirmations, and important details — all in one spot, right on your phone. No searching through emails or PDFs when you’re on the move.
If you haven’t already done so, please download and activate the Tern for Travelers app using your existing account, which is your email address. Once you do, your entire itinerary will automatically appear and stay updated in real time.
How to Download the App:
iOS Users: Follow this link or search for "Tern for Travelers" in the App Store.
Android Users: Follow this link or search for "Tern for Travelers" in the Google Play Store.
How to Log In:
Since your trip itinerary may contain sensitive personal information like passport numbers and confirmation numbers, you need to login in order to see your trip details. You'll login with your email address and then receive a code to that email address to verify your account. If you did not receive a code, be sure to check your junk/spam folder and ensure you're using the same email address.
You'll now have your entire itinerary available online and offline, plus live flight updates during your trip! You can also access your itinerary this way as we move through the trip planning process.
If you run into any issues logging in or accessing your trip, let me know! I definitely want to make sure you're all set before your departure.
Note: Make sure you log in and open your trip while you still have internet access before traveling (this will allow the trip to download to your device). Otherwise, you won't be able to access your trip without internet access.
