Our day begins with an intimate visit to a small, family-owned Premier Cru champagne producer, where you'll gain a deeper understanding of the traditional champagne-making process.
Enjoy a guided tour of the cellar followed by a tasting of three distinct champagnes. We then head to the historic village of Hautvillers, famously known as the resting place of Dom Pérignon—the monk who played a key role in the development of champagne. Take time to wander the charming streets and soak in the village’s timeless atmosphere. Along the way, we’ll pause at a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the vineyards—perfect for capturing a few memorable photos.
Next, we head to Épernay for a relaxed three-course lunch at a traditional French restaurant, complete with a glass of champagne and coffee. While the menu isn’t fixed, please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance.
In the afternoon, we continue with visits to two more boutique champagne houses (Premier or Grand Cru). Each stop includes a short cellar tour and a guided tasting of three champagnes, offering you the chance to compare styles and craftsmanship across producers.
A perfect blend of culture, tasting, and scenery in the heart of Champagne.
