Please download the free Tern for Travelers app before departure. It gives you easy access to your itinerary, trip details and the travel documents we have shared with you, right from your phone.
On your phone, tap the appropriate link below, or search for Tern for Travelers in the App Store or Google Play Store. Tap Get or Install, then open the app.

Use the same email address you provided to us for your trip booking. This connects your account to your itinerary.
If you already have a Tern traveler account, sign in using an email confirmation code, your email and password, or Sign in with Google. If you are new to Tern, follow the prompts to create a traveler account and confirm your email address. Check your junk or spam folder if the verification email does not arrive.
Select your upcoming trip to view the itinerary. Tap an activity to see its full details, including times, locations and booking information where provided. Open the documents or attachment icons to view the files we have shared with you.
If your trip or a document is missing, contact us so we can check that it has been shared with the correct email address and that you have access.
While connected to Wi-Fi, open the app and allow the itinerary download to finish. Open each important document and let it load fully. Before leaving home, briefly switch on airplane mode and check that you can still open your itinerary and essential documents.
Downloaded content can be viewed offline. Web links and newly published changes need an internet connection, so reconnect to Wi-Fi or mobile data and open the app regularly during your trip to receive updates.
Confirm that you can sign in, see your trip and open your documents. Keep the app somewhere easy to find on your phone. If you have any difficulty, let us know before departure so we can help.
