This 2 hour hands‑on class takes place in the working bakehouse, using the same ingredients and professional equipment the bakers use every day. Iain will guide you through each step of creating buttery, melt‑in‑the‑mouth shortbread — whether you choose classic petticoat tails, fingers, rounds, or your own creative shapes.
While your shortbread bakes, enjoy tea, coffee, and a selection of handmade cakes as Iain shares stories from life inside a seventh‑generation Scottish bakery. You’ll leave with your own warm, beautifully wrapped shortbread and memories to savour long after the last crumb.
