Overview

This ocean-crossing voyage is the perfect blend of shore adventures and time enjoying life onboard. Settle in as two relaxing sea days take us from Fort Lauderdale to San Juan, Puerto Rico’s lively capital. Shop ’til you drop in the chic boutiques of Gustavia, St Barts, admire the historic architecture of Basseterre, St Kitts, and visit the Georgian-era dockyard where Nelson sheltered his fleet in St John’s, Antigua. Then we have five days at sea crossing the Atlantic – make the most of the spa, relax on the pool deck, and practice your moves on the pickleball courts – before we arrive in Spain. The Canary Islands are a rewarding mix of colonial-style architecture, cobbled streets, historic buildings, and striking black-sand beaches, and we call at several so you can experience it all: Santa Cruz de la Palma, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, La Gomera, and Lanzarote. We then cross into Portuguese waters for two days in Funchal, Madeira – ample time to admire its world-renowned gardens, take the cable car up into the mountains for far-reaching views across the city to the shimmering Atlantic, and experience its buzzing nightlife. A sea day takes us south to the African coastline, with stops in Agadir and Casablanca in Morocco – be sure to browse the souks for souvenirs. We cross back to Spain to see Cádiz, often regarded as the oldest city in Western Europe, with a rich architectural and cultural legacy to explore. Finally, we return to Portugal, relaxing on the glorious beaches of Portimão before arriving in beautiful Lisbon, where our journey ends.
