Your first stop is Ramón do Casar Winery, where you’ll enjoy a guided tour of the vineyards and cellars, followed by a wine tasting of their exquisite wines, showcasing the best of Ribeiro’s indigenous grape varieties.
From there, you’ll head to Nova Restaurant, a Michelin-starred gem, for an unforgettable lunch experience. The Nova Menu, paired with cheeses and a selection of perfectly-matched wines, will offer a truly sophisticated culinary experience, where every dish celebrates the region’s best ingredients.
