Travel information
To travel with Cosmos, guests are required to acknowledge their reservation at: https://reservation.globusfamily.com
Only one person per travel party is required to complete the acknowledgement.
Ensure you have secured any necessary visas and that your passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip.

Additional advisements may be sent to you.
Confirmation of hotels will be available approximately 30 days prior to departure. In the event of additional departures on the same date or other events affecting availability, substituted accommodations will be of equivalent standard.
Full passport details are required no later than final payment for all guests traveling internationally.
TSA wait times
Long delays for getting through TSA security can be common at most major US airports.
It is recommended that passengers arrive for their flights 2–3 hours prior to departure to allow enough time to clear security.

Travel Protection
If you have not yet taken out Travel Protection, please consult your travel agent before your trip.
Foreign doctors and hospitals often require payment in cash prior to providing services, and medical evacuation can be very expensive.
Travel Protection and baggage insurance are highly recommended.
Visa and passport reminder
When traveling outside your home country, a passport is required. Some countries also require a visa.
Cosmos partners with iVisa to help with fast and easy ways to obtain visas, passports, and other documents required for travel.
Check visa requirements for your destination by visiting the iVisa website; by using the Cosmos link you can save 10% on your order if iVisa is able to assist you.
You may also choose to obtain necessary documents on your own.
Other entry requirements/documents
All guests traveling internationally are required to have a passport.
Passports should be valid for six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip, with a minimum of three (3) blank pages for stamps and/or visas.
Many countries require you to carry your passport with you at all times.
Responsibility for meeting entry/exit requirements (passport validity, blank pages, visas, etc.) rests with you as the guest.
Check your government’s foreign affairs/travel advice website or local consulate/embassy for the most current requirements.
Globus family of brands is not responsible if you are denied entry due to entry/exit requirements not being met.
EU EES entry/exit system
When traveling to the EU, allow enough time to complete the EES entry requirements (European entry/exit border system), especially if this is your first trip to the EU since the introduction of this system.

Verify your name on the reservation matches exactly the government-issued ID you will use for travel.
Provide any additional email addresses for communications about this reservation.

An on-trip contact will be collected and will only be used in the event of an emergency, and disposed of after the trip.
