To travel with Cosmos, guests are required to acknowledge their reservation and provide necessary details.
Reservation acknowledgment
Go to <https://reservation.globusfamily.com> to complete the acknowledgment process for your travel party. Only one person is required to acknowledge the reservation.
Steps include:
On-trip contact information will be collected to contact you in the event of an emergency. This information is used only for emergencies and is disposed of after the trip.
Passport and emergency contacts
All guests traveling internationally are required to have a passport. Passports should be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip, with a minimum of three (3) blank pages. Provide full passport details and an emergency contact (someone not traveling with you) prior to departure. You may provide this via your Travel Consultant or by creating an account at MyCosmos (<https://my.cosmos.com>), where you can also view your itinerary and purchase optional excursions.
Visa and passport reminder
When traveling outside your home country, a passport is required. Some countries also require a visa. You can check visa requirements and obtain necessary forms through Cosmos’ partner iVisa at their website, where you can save 10% on eligible orders. You may also choose to obtain required documents on your own.
When traveling to the EU, allow enough time to complete the EES entry requirements (European entry/exit border system), especially if this is your first trip to the EU since the introduction of this system. For more information, visit the official EU EES websites.
Vacations can be disrupted or altered if the correct documents cannot be supplied at airports or borders. Ensure you have all required papers before travel.

Terms & Conditions
Please review the Terms & Conditions for this travel package online at <https://www.cosmos.com/terms>. The Terms & Conditions include details of what you can count on from Cosmos, your rights and obligations, and revision fees and cancellation penalties. Receipt of the non-refundable deposit or payment confirms that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Travel protection
If you have not yet taken out Travel Protection, consult your travel agent before your trip. Foreign doctors and hospitals often require payment in cash prior to providing services, and medical evacuation can be exceedingly expensive. Travel Protection and baggage insurance are highly recommended.
Airport and TSA information
Long delays for getting through TSA security can be common at most major US airports. It is recommended that passengers arrive for flights 2–3 hours prior to departure to ensure enough time to clear security.
