ARRIVAL PROCEDURES: After clearing immigration, you will be directed to the baggage claim area. Once you have collected your luggage, proceed to customs. Upon exiting customs, please head outside the terminal, where a Tropical Elite Travel representative will be waiting for you.

TERMINAL A - If you arrive at Terminal A, please follow these steps to locate your Tropical Elite Travel Representative. After visiting customs, follow the signs directing you to the area with car rental desks. Continue walking to the next section, where transportation companies have their desks. Look for the Tropical Elite Travel Desk #07. Upon arrival, our airport staff will give a Weekly Planner, with the information of the representative who will be assisting our mutual clients during the stay, to confirm pick up and activities at the destination.

TERMINAL B - If you are arriving at Terminal B, please follow these steps to locate your Tropical Elite Travel Representative. After exiting customs, follow the signs directing you to the area with car rental desks. Continue walking to the next section, where transportation companies have their desks. Look for the Tropical Elite Travel Desk #33 y #34. Upon arrival, our airport staff will give a Weekly Planner, with the information of the representative who will be assisting our mutual clients during the stay, to confirm pick up and activities at the destination.

DEPARTURES: The transfer time will be confirmed before departure by one of our representatives a day after arrival at the hotel. It is recommended that you arrive at the airport at least three (3) hours before your scheduled departure time for your international flight.

Special Handicap Transportation: Available upon request with an extra charge, including a wheelchair ramp.

Golf clubs: Requires prior reservation with a charge of USD7.00 per item per way payable on the spot Wind, kite, bikes, diving, surf, and windsurf equipment: A USD25.00 fee per way applies. For non-reserved equipment, the customer will be charged payable on the spot.
